The timeless nature of its design and the undeniable technical commitment to sustainability is what best defines Mena, Gala’s new tap-fittings collection, which will be available in the second half of the year. The range also stands out for its versatility, offering an array of formats that adapt to the different needs and bathroom features.

With a design of modern lines and sober aesthetics, Mena is presented as a customized solution for all bathrooms. The collection includes two models for basins: a single lever mixer for countertop wash-basin (with optional automatic waste) and a built-in mixer.  The collection is rounded out with a single lever mixer for bidet and four shower models (with the option of shower set and different optional accessories that will doubtlessly improve the functionality of the mixer) and another two bath and shower models.

In turn, the Mena range features important advances in sustainability, as the single lever basin mixer includes a cold start system and all models within the collection (for basin, bidet, shower and bath and shower) include a flow limiter. In this sense, the cold start system only allows the flow of cold water when the handle is opened in the central position. This prevents the unnecessary activation of the boiler for the most common uses achieving important energy savings. On the other hand, the flow limiter reduces the flow of water to five liters per minute in the basin and bidet models and to eight liters per minute in the shower and bath and shower single lever mixers, regardless of the position of the handle.
